The first and most important step in producing terrific embroidery is to create high quality digitizing. Digitizing is the process of converting the art for your design into a set of precise, artistically-interpreted, and production-driven instructions that our computerized embroidery machines can follow. Nothing else in the production process can compensate for a poorly digitized design. Once the sample or proof of the digitized work is approved by the client, we can proceed to the actual production stage. It is at this point in the process where our machine operators are able to obtain the best possible results from the digitized design files by using best-in-class production techniques and materials.

We offer a wide range of embroidery products, including puff embroidery (3D embroidery), and appliqué (tackle twill). We like to take on challenging projects that other embroiderers may avoid – crisp, small lettering, perfect outline registration, difficult locations and smooth applications – to yield beautiful, high-end looking products.

To the best of our ability, we meticulously match our thread colors to your art work (based on visual matching or PMS color matching if available) or colors from other thread manufacturers. With over 200 thread colors available, matching a design is easy. Oak&Twine uses high-quality rayon & polyester thread. Although embroidery works best with simple, low color count logos or artwork (photographs and artwork with fine detail or small lettering usually can not be embroidered), our machines allow up to 15 thread colors per logo, in addition to an exclusive 270-degree hat frame that allows us to embroider hat fronts and side logos.

We do accept drop shipments from your blank apparel manufacturers or vendors. Once the order is placed and the goods arrive, we carefully check your purchase orders against your vendors’ packing lists in order to identify and notify you of any discrepancies. With our vast network of suppliers, we can also assist you in sourcing appropriate apparel to meet specific needs.

Oak&Twine facilitates every order through its entire life cycle. We are a small business of just a few individuals – so you can speak with the same person who will answer any questions and meticulously manage your job from start to finish!
